An alumnus of IIM Calcutta and BITS Pilani, Mr. Raj brings over 24 years of leadership experience across the technology, banking, telecom, and government sectors. He began his career with Xerox and has since held senior roles at Airtel, TATA, STT, and Crescon. He has led several strategic, large-scale initiatives, including India’s first undersea link to Singapore and a global project ranked 3rd worldwide. He has successfully driven international collaborations with BT, TNT, NTT, SYNTEL, and other global enterprises, and has been instrumental in forging joint ventures and partnerships with leading undersea cable companies worldwide. Mr. Raj is a software engineer from Aptech, where he graduated as Rank 1 in Haryana. He holds over 36 certifications, degrees, and diplomas from globally recognized institutions, including programs from Oxford and Harvard. A PMP- and Six Sigma–certified professional, he has been honored thrice as Employee of the Year and became the youngest Senior Manager at Airtel. He is a strong advocate of continuous learning and believes in embracing every challenge as an opportunity for growth. At Enecovery, he continues to drive innovation and operational excellence, advancing the company’s mission through technology-enabled transformation and strategic vision.

Mr. Deepak Joshi boasts an extensive professional journey that spans over 35 years across a variety of sectors. His experience ranges from administration and marketing to mining, oil and gas, fertilizer production, waste-to-clean energy, housing, and real estate. His innovative thinking is inspiration for many new openings in sector sectors. As Independent Director, his value addition is in marketing our technologies across globe. Since 2019, Mr. Joshi has been is associated with our technology through his companies across globe, particularly for municipalities and waste-to-energy projects. Throughout his career, Mr. Joshi has consistently demonstrated a commitment to sustainable practices, innovation, and driving positive change. His expertise, leadership, and global perspective have established him as a respected and influential figure in the business world.

Shahzad Khan with over 25 years of extensive banking experience, he has built a remarkable career in the commercial, corporate, and capital market sectors. Shahzad as Independent Director Finance is instrument in shaping vision for raising finance for our diverse portfolio. Mr. Khan and his team are dedicated to supporting the financial needs of a diverse range of organizations. His deep understanding of finance enables him to provide tailored financial solutions. Mr. Khan is a trusted advisor to major firms, assisting them in planning for future expansion and growth. He places great emphasis on fostering strong, long-term relationships with clients. His commitment extends beyond immediate transactions, as he remains readily available for ongoing advice and assistance. Mr. Khan has been an active participant in the financial services industry since 2004. His academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Wales, which he obtained in 2012.
