100 TPD Bamboo to Energy Project – Meghalaya, India

Enecovery Waste Solutions is launching an innovative pilot project in Meghalaya that transforms bamboo waste into valuable energy resources through our advanced Thermal Catalytic Conversion (TCC) technology. Starting with a 100 TPD pilot facility and scaling to 6,000 TPD, this project exemplifies our waste-to-wealth philosophy. Our four-stage TCC process operates at 450°C, converting 100% of bamboo feedstock into three commercially viable products: hydrogen-rich synthesis gas for electricity generation and methanol production, purified water through a closed-loop system with zero wastewater discharge, and high-value carbon products including biochar for agriculture and activated carbon for industrial applications. This decentralized, modular technology achieves complete waste valorization while maintaining energy self-sufficiency. By deploying in rural agro-based communities, we're creating localized waste management solutions that generate distributed energy, support environmental sustainability, and drive economic development in Meghalaya's resource-rich region.
