Enecovery Waste Solutions is establishing a pioneering coal gasification facility in Meghalaya, transforming high-ash coal into valuable chemicals through our innovative HCC Process. This sustainable technology converts coal into four essential industrial products: Methanol (74+ tonnes/day), Urea (34+ tonnes/day), Acetic Acid (12+ tonnes/day), and DMEA (10+ tonnes/day). Our three-stage process begins with syngas production at 900-1100°C, followed by our proprietary catalyst enrichment that boosts hydrogen yield by 15%, and concludes with dedicated chemical synthesis. This advanced facility represents our commitment to circular economy principles, turning waste into wealth while supporting industries in reducing their carbon footprint. Located in Meghalaya's resource-rich region, this project demonstrates how cutting-edge gasification technology can create high-value products from local resources, driving both economic growth and environmental sustainability.
